Right of withdrawal
The purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days from the date of placing the order. Later, the order can only be withdrawn if the customer has not sent their shipment (milk, hair, ashes, etc.). If this has already been done, the order has been started and withdrawal from the order is no longer possible.
Guided by the legislation: no jewelry created by PISI EHE OÜ is subject to return, as stated in the EU regulation: the right of return does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized products.
Jewelry made from breast milk, ashes and other personal additives is a custom order, because it is made from your personal means, based on your wishes.
The right of withdrawal provided for in subsection 1 of § 56 of the Law of Obligations Act shall not apply to a contract the subject of which is:
- the delivery of a thing that has been manufactured taking into account the personal needs of the consumer who is a party to the contract;
- the delivery of a thing that has been manufactured in accordance with the conditions specified by the consumer;
The right of withdrawal shall not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
Submitting a declaration of withdrawal
- The easiest way to submit a declaration of withdrawal is by clicking the cancellation button shown for each order under customer account. You can access your account with your e-mail address used for placing the order, and a 6-digit code sent to your e-mail.
- Alternatively, you can submit a declaration of withdrawal using the form below within 14 days of placing the order or until you have not shipped your material (including the following details: order / invoice number, first and last name(s) of the purchaser, e-mail address, list of goods being cancelled, reason(s) of withdrawal (optional)).
Defective goods
The purchaser has the right to turn to the online store within two months of the occurrence of a defect by e-mailing pisiehe@gmail.com, calling +372 53486206 or filling in the form below.
The online store is not liable for any defects arising after delivering the goods to the purchaser.
If goods bought from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store shall return to the purchaser all of the payments involved in the contract of sale.
The online store will respond to the consumer's complaint in written form or in a form that enables written reproduction within 14 days.
